This package offers all the planning from start to finish. From smallest detail, we handle it all. If you need that professional opinion from the beginning or are limited on the time you can spend on wedding planning, let us handle the work so you can enjoy your special day! This package includes the following: • Initial consultation with the bride and groom • Ongoing consultation and advice as required • Preparing a budget • Preparing a schedule/ timeline and checklists • Assisting with selecting and booking of ceremony and reception venues • Assisting with selecting and booking of an officiant for the wedding • Assisting with selecting a color scheme, theme, and style of the wedding • Access to all décor items in KLM's inventory • Assisting with the design, printing, and mailing out of the invitations • Tracking RSVP’s and who will be attending • Assisting with selection of wedding attire and accessories • Finding, negotiating with and booking suitable vendors • Reviewing vendors contracts and coordinating with vendors • Ceremony planning • Preparing itineraries, seating list, name plates • Up to 5 custom signs • Attending and overseeing the rehearsal (up to 2 hours) • Instructing attendants about their duties • Directing the processionals, recessionals, and receiving line • Reception planning • Wedding day coordination (all day); breakdown & clean-up INCLUDED! • Providing the bride and groom a stress-free wedding day! • Subject to additional travel costs; please contact for further details
